Refund Policy

StorePack offers a generous free tier so you can validate the product before paying. Once a paid subscription starts, refunds are handled as follows.

14-day cooling-off period (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to cancel for a full refund — even if you have started using paid features. After 14 days, the usual policy below applies.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from billing settings. The current period remains active until its end date; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You can downgrade to monthly billing at the next renewal.

Service failures

If StorePack is unavailable to you for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month for reasons attributable to us, contact support@storepack.app — we will credit a pro-rated amount on your next invoice.

Disputes via Paddle

Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

How to request

Email billing@storepack.app from the address on the account with your order ID. We respond within 2 business days.
