Terms of Service

1. The Service

StorePack connects to your WooCommerce store via the REST API using read-only credentials you supply, ingests order and product data, and renders dashboards, alerts, and growth tools. Use of Paddle billing, Resend email delivery, Supabase storage, and Vercel hosting is bundled into the Service.

2. Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the merchant whose store you connect. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@storepack.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe a third party's rights, (c) attempt to gain access to other tenants' data, (d) interfere with the Service's integrity or performance, or (e) reverse-engineer except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Email features and anti-spam.StorePack's email features (abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase review requests, loyalty notifications) send only to recipient email addresses captured through your own connected WooCommerce store's normal commerce flows (checkout, account registration, post-purchase). You may NOT: (i) import, upload, or paste in third-party email lists; (ii) use StorePack for cold outreach, prospecting, newsletters to non-customers, or unsolicited marketing of any kind; (iii) send to recipients who have unsubscribed or whose consent has lapsed under applicable law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR). All email sent through StorePack must comply with applicable consent, disclosure, and unsubscribe rules in each recipient's jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that generate elevated bounce or complaint rates without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices, billing periods, and included usage are shown on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods (see Refund Policy).

5. Free tier

We offer a free tier for stores under the order volume listed on the pricing page. We may rate-limit or restrict access to free accounts that impose disproportionate cost on shared infrastructure.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you ingest into StorePack (orders, products, customer records, etc.). We process it under the terms of our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time and request deletion under /account/delete.

7. Third-party integrations

StorePack connects to your WooCommerce store and to optional services you authorize (e.g. WordPress companion plugin, email accounts). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant StorePack access to those systems.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is required to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; we will notify active users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
